Success! In December 2010, the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) confirmed that the Limestone Landscapes Partnership submission to the Landscape Partnership Scheme at Stage 2 had been successful. In December 2015 we completed our final project work and the final report was submitted to the HLF early in 2016.

This unlocked a grant worth £1.9m over four and a half years between 2011 and 2016 and attracted a further £925k in match funding and in-kind contributions, to help conserve the distinct character of the Magnesian Limestone Plateau.

Please find out more about our individual projects or you could download and read Limestone Landscapes Project Proformas (PDF, 2Mb)for our original project descriptions. We also have individual short films about several of our projects. We have now completed the Final report of the Limestone Landscapes Project (PDF, 1Mb) and you can now learn more about our work in our new 10 minutes Limestone Landscapes Film.

For more information on what the project achieved and how you, your community and business can get involved please contact us.
